About

Around the world, and even in our humble city-state, we try to work towards progress as everything around us shifts into a new definition of “normal”. In the workplace, it's easy enough to conflate feelings of stress and anxiety with pressing deadlines and heavy workloads. This can foster the mindset that these feelings will go away the moment work “slows'' down.

When we chase after the ideal of being a “productive” worker, sometimes we fail to acknowledge that the path itself is paved with hard decisions.

According to research done by The Common Ground, which included transcripts of interviews conducted with people who experienced mental health challenges, one of the key findings that the research team uncovered was that cultures of productivity tended to obscure the visibility of mental health conditions.

This is a game aimed at exploring how mental health challenges are perceived within the workplace. It aims to educate the player on what dealing with mental health in the workplace looks like, but more importantly, emphasise the immeasurable power of personal agency. When it comes to taking charge of one’s mental health, there is always a choice.

Life has a way of pulling you into its pace, because this journey must carry on whether you’re ready or not. So go forth bravely, and find your truth...
